LEAD TIME
We onboard clients on a rolling basis, meaning we manage multiple projects at various stages of development. Project lead times begin once all assets and concept approvals are received from the client.
Standard lead times are as follows:
– Markups, improvements, hourly tasks, and custom design work: 1 business week
– Full web design projects: 3–5 weeksYour scope of work will include a detailed timeline and highlight key points where your input is needed to keep everything on track.

RUSH FEE
In select cases, we may be able to accommodate an accelerated project timeline. Rush fees begin at $1,000.
This fee is not intended to discourage urgent requests, but rather reflects the additional resources and schedule adjustments required to maintain the quality and attention to detail your project demands.

PAYMENT TERMS
We value clear communication and smooth collaboration. To make sure every project runs efficiently and receives the care it deserves, we’ve outlined our payment structure below. These policies help us stay focused on delivering high-quality work—without delays or surprises.
To help projects move forward smoothly, we ask that full payment is made before any web design work begins. If you'd prefer to break up your payment, we offer a flexible plan: 60% upfront + a $150 administrative fee, with the remaining 40% due before your site goes live. The $150 fee helps cover the extra coordination involved in managing a split payment while keeping the timeline on track.
For smaller projects—like markups, improvements, hourly work, or custom design:
– New clients are asked to place a retainer, which we bill against as work progresses. This helps us build trust and establish structure from day one.
– Existing clients—those we’ve worked with before—are typically invoiced after final asset approval, since we already have a working rhythm in place.We’re proud to keep our pricing fair by maintaining low overhead. Because of this, we kindly require payment to be in place before work begins. Our policy allows us to stay fully present and dedicated to every project we take on.
